We invite you to visit our web site at www.kapstonehouse.org where you can share how KAPstone House has touched your life and follow our transition from 2004 S Joplin to our new virtual home.  We greatly value your continued support as we continue to learn and grow into the future.

KAPstone House was founded in 2004 with a mission to provide Joplin and the surrounding communities, a safe and understanding environment where grieving children, teens, and their families benefit from a caring and support from trained facilitators and others in similar situations.  Since that time our mission has evolved to include raising awareness of Children’s Grief, along with all types of grief. It has been said, “When one door closes another one opens.”  This month KAPstone House will close it physical doors at 2004 South Joplin and go into the future with our virtual doors open atwww.kapstonehouse.org.   We hope our virtual doors will be a way for KAPstone House to continue to raise grief awareness and help coordinate the grief resources in Joplin and the surrounding community.
